In order to make a purchase, please fill out this form.

I will email you a response to let you know that I received your order and giving you the total amount due, with shipping and Vermont sales tax included in the total, as needed. There is no Vermont sales tax on clothing.

You can then complete your purchase by checking out with PayPal and sending the amount to me.
